Alloy produces top-load (flush glaze) storefront-type gaskets with or without an embedded cord. Our compounds meet or exceed the stringent standards as set by ASTM C-864 and C-509. We have the technology to produce dual durometer profiles consisting of two different polymers combined to form one gasket or a custom weather-strip with a solid (70 durometer) dart and a closed cell sponge sealing surface. Our Silicones are mixed in house to insure consistent quality, especially critical to Silicone sponge. Colors are available in all polymers.
